Set within the leafy and affluent Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi environ, McPherson Mews 2 applies a modern twist to the traditional vernacular in its vicinity. Collection Developments designed and built 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms, 2-reception rooms, a stone paved backyard all of which seamlessly integrate with one another. Additionally, we carried out a complete regentrification of the common areas in the estate which completed in 2019. The finished buildings create street frontage, have a welcoming streetscape, greenery and enhanced a clear and safe pedestrian route while also providing adequate parking space for residents.
