This retail store cleverly blends classic architecture by providing contemporary offices with colour pop detail and an industrial look on a large open plan floor plate. Externally clad in a mixture of concrete with floor to ceiling curtain walls, the building design maximises natural light. The 3.4-metre-high ceilings and the floor to ceiling windows give a majestic airy feel. We were engaged as Development Managers in the construction and fit-out of this space, making necessary design modifications to ensure optimum use of each of the spaces in addition to complimenting palettes and material finishes.
