Beyond Fitness

We created a unique development in a historically rich area. A 500 sqm fitness studio and café sitting on a 1500 sqm parcel of land in the heart of Victoria Island offering spin, yoga, HIIT and swimming classes and a recreational garden. Collection Developments found the site and developed the property into a state-of-the-art multi-level fitness studio.

A lengthy research process involved collaborative efforts with design experts that have produced similar studios across the globe, state government and local structural experts to ensure that the development resolved any concerns about the environmental change and matched international standards.
