Resin Masterclass Workshop
Create your very own large resin masterpiece to take home and hang on your wall!
Learn the entire design and creation process of fluid resin art!
Resin art is striking, with it’s luminous glossy finish, with translucency and depth, making these artworks gorgeous feature pieces in the home.
Epoxy resin is a clear two-part solution that can be mixed with pigments to create intricate designs. Using a step-by-step approach, Tracy will guide you on how to handle the resin, as well as the essential tips to pouring, spreading and mixing your colours to create gorgeous abstract fluid resin artworks .

In this 1 1/2 day workshop you will be provided with a large wooden board and the use of a wide range of dyes, pigments and powders so that you can choose the colour combinations to achieve your desired effects allowing you to take home an artwork perfectly suited to your home and tastes.
On the first day you will create your masterpiece, which will then need to cure overnight before you can safely transport it. The next morning you will return to collect your artwork and share in a morning tea with your classmates to admire your work.
By the end of the workshop you will have full knowledge and understanding of how to work with resin, while mixing colours, and applying techniques learned throughout the course.

You will also learn how you can make chopping boards, trays, table-tops and other pieces with resin and how you can apply resin over other artworks to create a beautiful finish!
Most other courses and workshops teaching resin art only teach you how to create a small size resin artwork. There is much more to know about how to handle resin on a large scale, which this class teaches. Please note that resin is not a cheap medium and the large wooden boards are quite expensive.
Please Note – It is not recommended for pregnant women and those suffering from respiratory issues to participate in this workshop as the chemicals formed in the resin process can be potentially harmful.
