About Us
Articci Art Institute and Supplies is a boutique art school, art materials store and gallery supporting emerging artists.
Created by artists Tracy Saywell and Sonya Saywell, (mother and daughter) to share their love for the arts and help aspiring artists to explore their passion and (if desired) turn their art into a successful career or business. Articci offers courses, classes and workshops on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia as well as offering art retreats locally and internationally and online programs.
Articci™ is owned by dynamic mother and daughter duo, Tracy and Sonya Saywell. Tracy and Sonya are Artists, Designers, Educators and Authors who have a misson to create more creative entrepreneurs through their creative online courses and workshops.
Their greatest reward is seeing their students succeed in developing their creative skills into their own successful businesses, working in an industry that they love, believing in their talent and enjoying each day with passion. They have seen many of their students discover their talent and start successful businesses through their training organization (Sold in June 2019) – the Australian Institute of Creative Design and also through their online programs – Paint Art that Sells and Fashion Label Success.
Tracy and Sonya love color, painting and surface design and they know the joy and relaxation art can bring and how wonderful it is to relieve stressful situations. Tracy found that practicing her artwork helped provide stress relief which supported her through tough times while nursing her husband through terminal brain cancer. They now want to share their passion for art and design further so have developed the Articci brand of premium art supplies to make excellent value art kits that will provide inspiration and enjoyment for artists of all levels.
