Cremation Alternative

Using proprietary process technology, BioSAFE developed an onsite cremation alternative for donated cadavers at a leading medical research institution.

Nutrient Recycling

Our unique understanding of carcass elimination and related constituencies has enabled us to develop equipment for value-added recovery. This allows us to re-use what would otherwise be discarded waste as feeds and industrial feedstocks.

Waste to Fuel

BioSAFE has supplied medical waste treatment facilities to the healthcare industry for years and was a pioneer in developing landfill and incineration alternatives for the polymer-rich treated waste. We currently market a thermal depolymerization unit to help with sustainability efforts.

Agriculture

In addition to institutional use in large-scale animal breeding and research facilities, BioSAFE Engineering offers USDA/DHS tested mass animal treatment and disposal solutions in response to infected flocks and herds. High-volume in situ treatment based on mobilized systems avoids burial of contaminated birds, cattle, plants and quarantined plant and animal material. Capacities range up to 20,000 lbs./hr mass destruction and conversion to benign effluent.
